Alexandra works in project development and project management.
Her responsibilities include negotiating with stakeholders and authorities, leading project teams, and setting as well as monitoring internal and external requirements related to ESG, economic viability, and quality.
Her focus lies on demand-driven and feasible project structuring, economically and sustainably planning and executing projects, and fostering reliable collaboration with all project participants.

Maya Georgiev
Finance and Controlling
Maya’s responsibilities include company-wide controlling, optimizing financial processes, and budget planning. She also coordinates tax consulting and accounting, ensuring the availability of reliable financial data at all times.

Thomas Janinhoff
Senior Manager
At ANGULARIS Thomas is responsible for property and project acquisition with a focus on commercial properties (offices) in the Munich city area as well as residential properties in Munich and the Munich area.
The key point of his work is in both existing developments (redevelopment / refurbishment) and new construction. A sustainable perspective defines the strategy for every project or property from purchase to sale.

Benedikt Kellner
Project management
Benedikt works in project management as well as in project development and asset management.
The focus is on the implementation of the planning and technical added value of a property throughout its entire life cycle. In addition to new buildings and expansion opportunities,, the focus is also on dealing with existing buildings. A sustainable and economically valuable result is guaranteed from the initiation to the completion of the projects.

Marc Maier
Managing Partner
Marc is responsible for project management.
His expertise includes project leadership and technical execution of commercial properties, from planning and implementation to commissioning.
He also leads refurbishment projects, energy-related initiatives, feasibility studies, and quality management.

Vladislav Georgiev
Managing Partner
Vladislav oversees acquisitions, structuring, land-use planning, marketing, and sales.
His focus lies in efficient, sustainable office and commercial developments in Munich, as well as Value Add investments with a manage-to-core strategy.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Preuß
Owner of Preuss Project Partner GmbH, Norbert Preuß has been engaged as a project manager in complex large-scale projects since 1984. He currently focuses on taking over project leadership roles, especially in troubled or crisis projects and during the early-phase of projects.
He served 20 years on the executive board of DVP (German Association of Project Managers in Construction and Real Estate). Since 2007, he has chaired the Project Control/Project Management committee within the AHO (Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for Fee Structures). He was also president of the 1st Scientific Association for Project Management e.V. for many years.
In 2015, he was appointed honorary professor for “Construction and Real Estate Project Management” at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.
From 2017 to 2021, he was appointed by the State of Berlin to the supervisory board of Berlin Brandenburg Airport to help shape the project’s completion phase.
He is the author of Project Management of Real Estate Projects (2nd edition) and Real Estate and Facility Management (5th edition, 2022).

Dr. Cornelius Weitbrecht
Studied law at LMU Munich and completed his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Götz Hueck.
He worked for 30 years as a partner at international law firm Taylor Wessing, specializing in corporate law and international M&A, including real estate.
For six years he served as a board member at a prestigious German family foundation, managing real estate portfolios.
